A rich collection of fragments as result of previous projects of the 60s and 80s is found in the project site. Therefore the park must form an open and unifying element between the city and this heterogeneous environment. There are two crucial elements that carry the project of the park: the creation of differences in the levels (which among other things will take care of the drainage system) and the construction of oxidized  iron sheets emerging in some places from the soil forming a continuous line in the park. Paths intersect in all directions and are here and there underpinned by the common guideline of the railway.
